Vietnam Market Engagement

Prepare for the market. Then build your presence over time.

Effective market development in Vietnam begins before the first advisor meeting. EB.Academy helps U.S. EB-5 organizations assess their market fit, prepare their positioning and materials, and engage Vietnam's education advisory community through consistent education and direct professional relationships.

Chapter 1 — Market preparation

Begin with an informed view of the opportunity.

Before investing in market development, your organization should understand how its project, experience, and positioning are likely to be received in Vietnam. Our preparation process is divided into two stages. Each may be completed as a separate engagement.

Stage 1

Market Readiness Assessment

One-time engagement · Pricing available upon request

An independent assessment of whether your project and organization are prepared for meaningful engagement in Vietnam.

  • How the project structure aligns with common market expectations
  • The sponsor's experience, track record, and current market credibility
  • How the offering compares with other projects presented in Vietnam
  • The questions and concerns advisors are likely to raise
  • Areas that may require clarification, stronger documentation, or different positioning
  • Whether continued market development appears appropriate at this stage

The result is a practical recommendation: proceed, prepare further, or reconsider the timing.

Stage 2

Market Positioning & Materials

One-time engagement · Pricing available upon request

Prepare your organization and materials for conversations with Vietnamese education advisors. Depending on the engagement, this may include:

  • Reviewing brochures, presentations, and advisor-facing materials
  • Clarifying the project's main points of differentiation
  • Adapting the message for the Vietnam market
  • Identifying language that may create confusion or unnecessary compliance concerns
  • Preparing clear responses to common advisor questions
  • Localizing selected materials for practical use in Vietnam

The objective is not simply translation. It is to ensure advisors can understand the project, explain its basic structure, and know which questions should be directed to your team.

Chapter 2 — Ongoing market engagement

Choose the level of participation that fits your objectives.

Once the initial preparation is complete, EB.Academy offers three levels of ongoing market engagement. Each level builds on the one before it. Ongoing engagements require a minimum six-month commitment unless otherwise agreed.

Tier 1 — Foundation

Market Presence

Minimum six-month · Pricing on request

Establish a consistent presence and begin learning how the market responds to your organization. Designed for broad market participation rather than targeted agency development.

  • Participation in advisor education sessions
  • Inclusion in relevant advisor communications
  • Light localization of selected materials
  • Distribution of appropriate educational or organizational information
  • General observations and feedback from the market

Creates familiarity, but does not include targeted advisor outreach or direct relationship management.

Tier 2 — Core

Advisor Engagement

Minimum six-month · Pricing on request

Develop direct relationships with education agencies actively building their understanding of EB-5. Includes the Market Presence scope, along with:

  • Direct engagement with relevant education advisors
  • Live discussions and question-and-answer sessions
  • Small-group meetings, briefings, and roundtables
  • Materials developed for the advisor–family conversation
  • Market feedback based on recurring advisor questions
  • Support for continued communication with participating agencies
Tier 3 — Strategic

Strategic Market Engagement

Minimum six–twelve month · Pricing on request

A more integrated engagement for organizations seeking sustained participation in Vietnam. Includes the Advisor Engagement scope, along with:

  • Regular market intelligence and positioning discussions
  • A content plan informed by questions from the advisor network
  • Targeted educational sessions and advisor programs
  • Deeper localization of materials and communications
  • Training and coordination for your market-facing team
  • Local support for ongoing advisor engagement
  • Planning around project launches, updates, or other priorities

Tier 3 scope is developed around the organization, its project pipeline, internal resources, and market objectives. This is a market-development engagement — not outsourced sales, investor solicitation, or guaranteed lead generation.

Why this approach is different

Market presence is built through continued participation.

Consistent, not event-based

A single event can create awareness. Lasting recognition requires useful communication and continued participation over time.

Advisor-led, not product-led

We begin by understanding what advisors and their clients need to know. Project discussions become more productive once that foundation exists.

Education-first, not sales-first

Advisors engage when an organization helps them understand the subject and answers questions directly — without relying on a sales presentation.

Direct relationships

EB.Academy helps create access and provides context. Your organization builds and maintains the relationship with each agency.

Our role

We help prepare the market and create opportunities for engagement.

EB.Academy does not sell investor leads, recommend one project over another, or act as an intermediary in an investment transaction. We help education advisors develop foundational knowledge, and we provide U.S. organizations with opportunities to contribute expertise, understand the market, and build direct relationships with relevant agencies.

Your team remains responsible for:

Engagement terms

Clear scope, defined in writing.

Preparation engagements

The Market Readiness Assessment and Market Positioning & Materials stages are offered as separate, one-time engagements.

Fees are invoiced according to the applicable written scope of work. No ongoing commitment is required unless the organization chooses to continue.

Ongoing engagements

Market Presence, Advisor Engagement, and Strategic Market Engagement generally require a minimum six-month commitment.

Payment schedules, deliverables, responsibilities, and performance expectations are defined in a separate written agreement.

No engagement includes a guarantee of introductions, investors, subscriptions, filings, approvals, or capital raised.

Start with a clear understanding of the market.

The Market Readiness Assessment provides a practical view of how your project and organization may be received in Vietnam — and what should be addressed before broader engagement begins. When the opportunity is appropriate, we will recommend a preparation and market-engagement scope based on your objectives.
