EB.Academy ("EB.Academy", "we", "us") is a Vietnam market-development and education platform serving U.S. EB-5 and immigration partners, Vietnamese education agencies, and professional users of our EB-5 Directory. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: hello@eb.academy.

What we collect, and why

• Partner inquiries. When you contact us about a partnership, we collect your organization, name, work email, phone and your message — to respond and assess fit.
• Agency access & training. When an education agency requests access to the training library, we collect organization, contact name, email, phone and message — to confirm you are a professional user and provide access.
• Directory submissions & access. Listing details you submit for publication, and professional-access requests — to publish, verify and maintain Directory entries.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email — to send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Basic usage data. Standard server and analytics data (e.g. pages viewed) to operate and improve the site.

How we use it

To respond to you, provide and verify access to our services, maintain the Directory, send updates you request, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from updates, by emailing hello@eb.academy. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable measures to protect it.

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
