In Vietnam, many conversations about studying, working, and planning a future in the United States begin with an education advisor the family already knows. EB.Academy helps those advisors build foundational knowledge and connect directly with U.S. professionals and organizations when their clients need deeper expertise.
Education advisors understand their clients, their families, and the decisions that brought them to the United States. As students move through school and toward graduation, families may begin asking about internships, employment, visas, or longer-term options. Education advisors are often part of those early conversations, even when the questions extend beyond traditional education counseling.
They do not need to become immigration lawyers, investment professionals, or experts in every U.S. pathway. They need enough knowledge to understand the question, recognize when specialized support is required, and know where to find the appropriate professional resources. EB.Academy was created to help provide that foundation.
Our team brings experience in international education, advisor relations, EB-5 market development, training, and cross-border business between Vietnam and the United States. Members of the team have worked in Vietnam's EB-5 market since 2013, alongside education agencies, immigration attorneys, Regional Centers, project sponsors, and families.
That experience has shaped a straightforward approach:
EB.Academy operates as an education and market-development platform.
We provide foundational training, practical market information, research tools, and opportunities to engage with U.S. professionals.
We provide market context and opportunities to educate, engage, and develop direct relationships with Vietnam's education advisory community.
The relationship remains direct. EB.Academy may provide context and continued support, but the U.S. organization remains responsible for demonstrating its expertise, earning the advisor's confidence, supporting the client, and moving the opportunity forward. We do not sell investor leads, recommend one provider over another, represent investment offerings, or act as an intermediary in legal, immigration, or investment matters.
EB.Academy can create access, provide context, and help both sides begin a more informed conversation. We cannot — and should not — replace the relationship that must be built directly between an advisor and a U.S. professional or organization. That relationship develops through knowledge, responsiveness, professional judgment, and consistent support.

Kiem has worked in EB-5 since 2013, including senior market-development roles with U.S. Regional Centers focused on Vietnam and Southeast Asia. He leads EB.Academy's strategy, U.S. partner development, and cross-border market engagement.

Nam brings more than seven years of experience in EB-5 business development and the U.S.–Vietnam market. He leads market content, professional engagement, and business-development initiatives.

Nhu has more than eight years of experience in international education and works directly with education agencies across Vietnam. She leads advisor engagement, agency relationships, and network support.
Annie leads the development of training programs and educational resources for EB.Academy's advisor network. She works with agencies and professional contributors to turn complex subjects into practical, useful learning materials.
Clear explanations of the U.S. pathways, programs, and professional roles that advisors and families may encounter.
Research tools and source-linked information that help advisors understand the organizations and options available.
Opportunities for advisors to learn directly from immigration attorneys, Regional Centers, project sponsors, and other U.S. professionals.
Resources that help agencies prepare for client conversations and work more effectively with the professionals they choose to engage.
Our work includes EB-5, but it is not limited to EB-5. The larger goal is to help education advisors better support the questions that may arise throughout a student's U.S. journey.
Whether you advise families in Vietnam or represent a U.S. organization seeking meaningful engagement in the market, EB.Academy provides a place to learn, contribute, and build direct professional relationships.
