Why we exist

The relationship is already there. The broader support system often is not.

Education advisors understand their clients, their families, and the decisions that brought them to the United States. As students move through school and toward graduation, families may begin asking about internships, employment, visas, or longer-term options. Education advisors are often part of those early conversations, even when the questions extend beyond traditional education counseling.

They do not need to become immigration lawyers, investment professionals, or experts in every U.S. pathway. They need enough knowledge to understand the question, recognize when specialized support is required, and know where to find the appropriate professional resources. EB.Academy was created to help provide that foundation.

Our team brings experience in international education, advisor relations, EB-5 market development, training, and cross-border business between Vietnam and the United States. Members of the team have worked in Vietnam's EB-5 market since 2013, alongside education agencies, immigration attorneys, Regional Centers, project sponsors, and families.

That experience has shaped a straightforward approach:

When the two sides choose to work together

The relationship remains direct. EB.Academy may provide context and continued support, but the U.S. organization remains responsible for demonstrating its expertise, earning the advisor's confidence, supporting the client, and moving the opportunity forward. We do not sell investor leads, recommend one provider over another, represent investment offerings, or act as an intermediary in legal, immigration, or investment matters.

Founder & CEO

Kiem has worked in EB-5 since 2013, including senior market-development roles with U.S. Regional Centers focused on Vietnam and Southeast Asia. He leads EB.Academy's strategy, U.S. partner development, and cross-border market engagement.

Nam Do

Managing Partner · Content & Market Development

Nam brings more than seven years of experience in EB-5 business development and the U.S.–Vietnam market. He leads market content, professional engagement, and business-development initiatives.

Nhu Tran

Managing Partner · Advisor Relations

Nhu has more than eight years of experience in international education and works directly with education agencies across Vietnam. She leads advisor engagement, agency relationships, and network support.

Annie Tran

Managing Partner · Training & Program Development

Annie leads the development of training programs and educational resources for EB.Academy's advisor network. She works with agencies and professional contributors to turn complex subjects into practical, useful learning materials.
