Methodology & independence

How we source & review.

This directory organizes information on a selected set of U.S. EB-5 Regional Centers and projects relevant to the Vietnam market. Here's where the information comes from, how each field is attributed, and why a listing never depends on a paid relationship.

We don't claim to cover the entire EB-5 market, and we don't independently audit operators' figures. What we do is gather information that is otherwise scattered across filings, operator materials, and public announcements, organize it in one consistent format, attribute each material field to its source, and note when we last reviewed it. The directory is an informational reference — not legal, immigration, or investment advice, and a listing is not an endorsement.

Where the information comes from

Profiles are compiled from a mix of public and operator sources:

  • USCIS records, including the public Regional Center list and I-956F-related information
  • Operator websites and publicly distributed project materials
  • Government and public filings and announcements
  • Information submitted or confirmed directly by an authorized operator representative
  • Reputable third-party sources, identified where used

Because some fields are public and others are confirmed by the operator, we describe the directory as source-attributed rather than independently verified.

How each field is labeled

Material fields are intended to carry a label so you can see exactly what was checked, and by whom:

LabelMeaning
Public sourceFound in a named, publicly available source.
USCIS status checkedChecked against the relevant public USCIS record.
Source document reviewedEB.Academy reviewed the identified source document.
Operator confirmedConfirmed by an authorized operator representative.
Operator reportedProvided by the operator but not independently confirmed.
Status not confirmedWe could not confirm the current status.
Last reviewedThe date we last checked the information.

Field-level labels are rolling out across profiles; where a label isn't yet shown, treat the figure as operator-reported and confirm it against the original source.

When sources disagree, or a fact can't be confirmed

  • We prefer the primary document and the most recent reliable source.
  • If an operator's information differs from an older public source, we note the discrepancy rather than silently picking one.
  • If a status or figure can't be confirmed, we mark it not confirmed or leave it blank — we don't infer it.
  • If an operator stops providing updates, the profile ages and is flagged for review rather than presented as current.

Independence

Basic listing inclusion is free and does not depend on a commercial relationship with EB.Academy. Paid partnerships do not change a profile's factual content, its source labels, its position in search or listings, or whether it is included. Any sponsored content or paid participation is clearly labeled.

EB.Academy offers market-engagement and education services separately. Those services are about market activity and support — never about buying a more favorable factual treatment in the directory.

Language

Listings are maintained in English. Browser translation may be used for convenience at the reader's own risk — legal, financial, immigration, and investment terminology may not translate accurately. In any conflict, the English listing and the original source materials control.

Found something wrong?

If a detail looks incorrect or out of date, tell us and we'll review it. Operators can correct their own profile through Get listed | Update; anyone else can email hello@eb.academy.
